All Kids Bike is a national movement, led by the Strider Education Foundation, on a mission to teach every child in America how to ride a bike in kindergarten PE class. All Kids Bike is looking for enthusiastic Los Angeles Marathon Team runners. Someone that has a positive, can-do spirit and the ability to motivate others in a common pursuit of personal accomplishment while also running for a cause.

In this instance, helping to make riding a bicycle the fourth “R” of elementary education, along with reading, writing, and arithmetic. Embracing as an athlete that the ability to ride improves a life greatly while developing mobility, confidence, and facilitating exercise of all types. This reality will fuel the Los Angeles Marathon Team’s commitment to help kindergartners gain this advantage, no matter their circumstance in life, by helping to equip (10+) schools gain the All Kids Bike Kindergarten PE Learn-To-Ride Program.

The 2021 All Kids Bike Los Angeles Marathon Team will be comprised of 10 individuals who are personally passionate about enhancing a child’s life greatly while developing mobility, confidence, and facilitating exercise of all types. We are looking for a Team Lead to meet with All Kids Bike team members, and coordinate the team at the event in Los Angeles on November 6-7.

In support of the Los Angeles Marathon Team Lead, All Kids Bike will provide: 1) LA Marathon Entry Fee, 2) airfare, 3) accommodations while in Los Angeles. 

Please fill out the below interest form to be considered for the 2021 All Kids Bike Los Angeles Marathon Team. Entries must be submitted by Friday, July 2 and the Team will be announced on Friday, July 9.
