At All Kids Bike, our mission has always been simple yet powerful: teach every child in America how to ride a bike in kindergarten PE. As demand continues to grow across the country, we are seeing a significant shift, not just individual schools adopting the program, but entire districts stepping forward with a shared commitment to student wellness, confidence, and lifelong physical activity.
To support this momentum, we are excited to introduce a district-wide implementation model designed to make large-scale adoption both financially accessible and operationally straightforward.
Why District-Wide Implementation Matters
When an entire district adopts All Kids Bike, the impact multiplies:
- Equity across schools – Every kindergarten student receives the same opportunity, regardless of location or resources
- Operational efficiency – Streamlined training, ordering, and rollout processes
- Stronger community impact – A unified message around health, wellness, and active lifestyles
- Long-term sustainability – Programs become embedded in district culture rather than isolated initiatives
District leaders consistently tell us they need solutions that are scalable, easy to understand, and financially responsible. That feedback directly shaped our new pricing model.
Introducing Our District Discount Model
Our district-wide discount structure is intentionally built around three priorities:
- Incentivizing scale
- Preserving program sustainability
- Keeping it simple for decision-makers
Here’s how it works:
- 1–19 programs
Standard pricing: $9,000 per program (program price subject to change)
- 20–49 programs
10% discount
- 50+ programs
15% discount
This tiered approach allows districts to clearly see the financial benefit of expanding their reach, while maintaining a clean and transparent structure that’s easy to communicate internally.
Phased Commitment Incentive: Planning for Full Rollout
For large districts aiming to implement All Kids Bike at scale, we are introducing an additional incentive designed to reward long-term planning.
Districts that commit to a full rollout of 150+ programs over a 2–3 year period can lock in a 20% discount across all participating schools.
Example rollout:
- Year 1: 50+ schools
- Year 2: 50+ schools
- Year 3: 50+ schools
With a signed multi-year agreement, each program would receive a 20% discount, creating substantial savings while allowing districts to phase implementation in a manageable, strategic way.
This model is especially well-suited for large-scale districts where thoughtful rollout planning is essential.
A Smarter Path to Scale
District-wide implementation is more than a pricing strategy; it’s a pathway to systemic impact. By aligning financial incentives with long-term vision, we are making it easier than ever for districts to say “yes” to giving every child the opportunity to learn to ride.
We believe the future of All Kids Bike lies in scale and with this model, districts can move forward with clarity, confidence, and a shared commitment to student success.
