Tressa is a former AMA Women’s Nationals MX racer. She now trains and coaches women who ride dirt bikes. A big advocate of health and wellness, Tressa encourages others to adapt to a healthier lifestyle. A mom to a 5-year-old son, she is determined to educate children and families about the benefits of regular exercise. According to Tressa, biking is one of the best ways to stay active.
Tressa did not get on a dirt bike until she was 26 years old and began racing MX in 1999. From 2009-2012, and again with a cameo in 2018, she ran the AMA Nationals circuit. In 2007, Tressa first saw kids on Strider Bikes and was amazed at the simplicity; it made perfect sense to her how kids could excel on a balance bike. Tressa taught her son to ride on a Strider Bike and he was striding like a pro at 14 months. Tressa believes kids should be outside and active and learn how to ride a bike at a young age. She lives in Big Sky with her son and husband, Justin. Together they run their family business Rau DeSigns.
