Your fleet(s) will ship on a pallet via a freight carrier due to size and weight. For these deliveries, the contact person will need to be present to receive the shipment. If the listed contact person is not present for delivery, rejects delivery, OR changes shipping address from what is noted on the submitted freight form, the school/organization may be charged a fee. The delivery driver will only place the pallet to the ground. It is the school/organizations responsiblilty to get the pallet into the building. Any special shipping requirements outside of the standard shipping process, such as requests for unloading assistance from the carrier or expedited shipping, will be the financial responsibility of the school/organization making the special request.
