World Speedway Champion

Greg Hancock is a 4x World Speedway Champion, 8x USA National Speedway Champion, 3x Team USA World Speedway Champion, and 1x Team USA World Pairs Speedway Champion.

Greg started riding bikes at the age of 4 and motorcycles at the age of 6. He started racing Speedway Motorcycles at the age of 9 and won the Jr. Speedway National Championship at 15. He went pro at 16 and quickly expanded his international career by moving to the UK at 18 to pursue the World Championships. Greg won his first World Pairs and Team Titles at the age of 22, followed by his first individual World Title in 1997 at the age of 27. Fourteen years later, in 2011, Greg took his second individual World Titleb becoming the oldest World Champion in the sport. He then broke that record and won another two Wold Championships in 2014 and 2016, making him the most decorated American Speedway Rider to date.

Greg, and his three boys, actively ride bikes of all kinds, including road bikes, mountain bikes, and BMX. His childhood nickname is “Grin.”
