General Policies

Per board approval of the following resolutions, the Strider Education Foundation will follow the following policies effective June 7, 2022 

• Resolution No._20220607-01  

• Authorizes the transfer of designated/restricted funds to the general fund  

• Resolution No._20220607-02  

• Authorizes Executive Director to move any donations from restricted funds through crowdfunding efforts for schools that have exceeded one year from date of application and are not active or engaged in fundraising.  

• Resolution No._20220607-03 

• Authorizes the Executive Director to move any excess funds (above goal amount) in individual school public fundraising campaigns to the general fund when the campaign reaches its goal amount.

• Authorizes the Executive Director to move any funds in individual school public fundraising campaigns to the general fund when the school elects to end their campaign efforts and withdraws their program applica
