From Long Beach, Calif., Roland Sands grew up immersed in the moto industry, receiving his first motorcycle, a Suzuki RM 50 dirt bike, at just 5 years old. He is a 1998 AMA Champion and award-winning designer of custom performance motorcycles. He is also the owner and founder of Roland Sands Designs.
Roland says, “I’m stoked to be an ambassador for All Kids Bike. Two-wheeled transportation is so important to a kid’s development and self-confidence. Learning to ride a bike and getting a taste of independent transportation at a young age was vital to my development and a huge part of growing up. Getting kids back on bikes is so important to an active outdoor lifestyle.”
