Program details

All Kids Bike is a national movement to place Kindergarten PE Learn-To-Ride Programs into elementary schools using donations from individuals, businesses, and organizations.

As of July 1, 2023, the All Kids Bike Kindergarten PE Learn-to-Ride Program will feature an enhanced fleet. For $9,000, schools will receive 24 balance-to-pedal conversion bikes, 24 helmets, a new teacher instruction bike that can convert to pedals, an 8-lesson online curriculum, and two metal storage rolling racks.

HOW IT WORKS

  • School Administration approves implementing the All Kids Bike Kindergarten PE Program.

  • School applies for the All Kids Bike Kindergarten PE Program.

  • Donor contributes funds or school fundraises independently.

  • All Kids Bike grants teacher access to training for program certification (training takes approximately 90 minutes to complete).

  • All Kids Bike ships program to school after training is complete.

  • Students start off in lessons 1 through 6 learning how to walk, balance, and stride.

  • Teacher converts bikes to pedal mode and students learn how to pedal in lessons 7 through 8.

By teaching kids to ride in school, we are getting as many kids on bikes as possible, as early as possible.

The All Kids Bike Kindergarten PE Program boasts an inclusive, proven Learn-To-Ride curriculum that offers every child the opportunity to experience the joy of two wheels.

National Impact

The All Kids Bike Kindergarten PE Program is actively taught in all 50 states serving more than 100,000 students per year.
